How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to schedule a convenient delivery window.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Wiser furniture comes with a limited 5-year warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship. Decor items and textiles are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you provide assembly services?
Many of our larger items include professional assembly through our White Glove Delivery service. For smaller items requiring assembly, we provide detailed digital guides and all necessary hardware.
Can I track my order status?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics portal where you can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
